Magnesium
Magnesium appears in some electrolyte and recovery mixes, and the form varies — citrate, glycinate, malate, or the cheaper oxide — which affects how well it is absorbed and tolerated. We report both the form and the milligram dose from the label, since "contains magnesium" tells you little on its own. As with every micronutrient here, the coverage is factual: we describe what the product provides and leave whether you need supplemental magnesium to you and your clinician.
