Ready-to-Drink Shake
A ready-to-drink (RTD) shake is protein already mixed and bottled — the most convenient format and usually the most expensive per gram of protein. That premium can be worth it for a genuinely no-effort option when appetite and energy are low, but it should be a knowing choice: read the per-serving protein and the dollars-per-20g figure the same as a powder, and check the sugar line. We treat RTDs as a convenience tier, priced against the powder they replace.
