Glossary · Protein Powders
Grams per Serving
Grams per serving is the protein a single labeled serving provides — the honest figure, as opposed to marketing math that quotes two-scoop servings or rounds up. It only means something alongside the serving size: "25g protein" per two enormous scoops is a different product than 25g per one. Confirm both, then feed the number into the dollars-per-20g calculation. On appetite-suppressing routines where total intake is hard to reach, protein density per serving matters more than usual, which is why the panel gets read before the pitch.
